1. Definitions

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

lobi89 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Other payment methods as made available on the platform from time to time.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1-5 minutes. 3.2 Withdrawals

Higher limits may be available for VIP accounts.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

lobi89 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You agree that:

• All funds deposited to your account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity.
• You will not use lobi89 services for money laundering or terrorist financing purposes.
• lobi89 may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used as a money transfer service.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

lobi89 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are promotional credits and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.

• Only one active bonus per account at a time unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager your bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while table games contribute 10%). Contribution rates are specified in each bonus's terms.

4.3 Bonus Forfeiture

Bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited if:

• You request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements.
• The bonus expires before wagering requirements are met.
• You violate any term of the bonus offer or these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by lobi89 or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate.

5.2 Bet Placement

For sports betting, including football betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues, as well as markets like mix parlay (accumulator bets) and voor bola (Asian handicap):

• Bets must be placed before the event or match starts unless live betting is specifically offered.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets are typically voided and stakes returned, except where the match is rescheduled within 48 hours.

• In the event of disputes, lobi89's decision is final and binding.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage.
• Use of bots, automated betting systems, or any software designed to manipulate gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest behavior.
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward other players or lobi89 staff.

6. Responsible Gaming

lobi89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools and encourage all Players to use them:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on net losses over a chosen period.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by lobi89

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Multiple accounts held by the same person.

If your account is closed for breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons not related to breach of terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

7.2 Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lobi89 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, and audio, is the property of lobi89 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from lobi89 without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by lobi89.
• Use lobi89's name, logo, or trademarks without authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the lobi89 website without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• lobi89 provides services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• lobi89 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• lobi89 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure.

• lobi89's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply even if lobi89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lobi89 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, you remain responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to you in Indonesia.
